Responsibilities


* Prepare and serve meals according to facility menus and dietary requirements


* Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards


* Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and work area


* Assist with inventory, food storage, and supply rotation


* Work collaboratively with dietary staff to ensure timely, high‑quality meal service


* Accommodate resident dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions

Qualifications


* Previous cooking experience required (healthcare or long-term care preferred)


* Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines


* Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards


* Strong time‑management and teamwork skills
