Sr. Asset Protection Solutions Manager
Develop and implement enterprise-wide Asset Protection (AP) technologies/solutions.
Oversee all strategies associated with protecting the company's physical assets/corporate security.
Lead the Monitoring All Exceptions (MAX), Kroger Central Alarm Control (KCAC), Organized Retail Crime (ORC) and General Office security teams.
Collaborate with AP teams to execute plans that provide the proper balance between reducing loss and increasing sales while achieving financial goals.

- 5+ years supervisory experience
- 10+ years Loss Prevention/AP experience
- Strong technical knowledge of analog/IP CCTV systems
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Project management and leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently
- Excellent training, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Current Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) certification
- Strong investigative, interview, and interrogation skills
- Substantive knowledge of physical security, life safety, premises liability and emergency response best practices
- Working knowledge of technical specifications, CAD files, and construction prints/fixture plans
- Strong understanding of IP network infrastructure

- Oversee expansion of anti-theft, life/safety, and physical security programs, including development of central monitoring/exception reporting
- Conduct analysis for risk-based security and AP program
- Lead programs, policies, and guidelines for retail stores, distribution centers (DCs), plants, and other facilities by advising on financial investments necessary to protect the company from potential external threats
- Assess, investigate, and oversee company responses to potential risks from external threats with the exception of data security
- Ensure consistent communication of strategies, priorities, threats, initiatives, and other security-related matters
- Oversee expansion of AP analytics solutions, such as point of sale (POS), direct store delivery (DSD), and cash exception-based reporting
- Lead investigations related to alleged improprieties, fraud, corruption, or company ethics policy violations
- Oversee ORC efforts and develop external working relationships to increase potential threat awareness
