Your Role:

O2C Customer Service Specialist with Dutch

As an O2C Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the Order-to-Cash team, responsible for direct customer interaction.

In this role, you will manage order processing, invoicing, collections, and customer service queries to ensure a positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:



* Process manual orders received via phone, fax, and email, prioritizing urgent requests to ensure a positive customer experience.


* Manage customer complaints, analyze account discrepancies, and oversee the billing process.


* Analyze outstanding customer aging, perform collections, and resolve disputes related to billings, credits, or payments.


* Monitor and resolve sales order and sales interface issues (IDOCs).


* Support local O2C projects and contribute to continuous process improvement within the O2C Customer Service team.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):



* University degree or equivalent work experience.


* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an O2C or Finance function with knowledge of customer service.


* Proficient in English, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):



* Experience in identifying and delivering process change.


* Experience with SAP O2C Module.


* Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.


* Ability to work effectively in a global team environment and communicate with diverse internal and external partners.


* Demonstrated strong compliance-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
