What You Will Do


* Support safe, compliant, and reliable Hot End operations


* Troubleshoot process, quality, and equipment-related issues


* Analyze data to improve yield, quality, and throughput


* Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective actions


* Develop and sustain standard work and process controls


* Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams


* Provide technical support in a 24/7 manufacturing environment


* Communicate effectively across all departmental levels

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Bachelor's degree in Ceramics, Glass Science, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field OR experience working in the glass industry


* Proven ability to demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills


* Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams


* Willingness to work in an industrial manufacturing setting

What Will Put You Ahead


* Experience in glass, ceramics, or high-temperature manufacturing


* Knowledge of furnace operations, glass forming, or annealing processes


* Experience with data analysis, process control, or continuous improvement methods

For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000k - $125,000k per year.

This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
