* Assisting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)


* Helping with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning


* Answering call lights quickly and kindly


* Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes


* Supporting meal times and activities


* Providing encouragement, companionship, and dignity in every interaction
