Marketing Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Demand Generation and Marketing Communications Specialist to support and elevate marketing initiatives for Motor Management Solutions within the Power Products International Hub.

This role focuses on crafting compelling
storytelling, driving awareness, generating demand, and promoting Schneider
Electric's leadership in digitization and sustainability.

Expectations from this role

1.

Marketing Communications & Storytelling
• Craft compelling stories that highlight customer success, innovation, and
sustainability.
• Create engaging content (blogs, social media posts, videos, thought
leadership pieces) to promote offers and solutions.
• Manage internal and external communication plans aligned with Power
Products' strategy.
• Support hero launches, co-marketing activities, and influencer
engagement.
• Coordinate with creative teams and agencies for PR and digital
campaigns.

Demand Generation
• Develop and execute campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement
for Motor Management Solutions.
General
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt and deploy campaigns
effectively.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, identify gaps, and optimize for
better results.

3.

Project Management
• Maintain a calendar of marketing activities and ensure timely execution.
• Provide regular feedback and reporting to leadership on campaign impact.

Experience: 3-5 years in marketing communications, demand generation, or related
roles.
Skills:
• Strong marketing communication and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of technical concepts (preferably in electrical or
industrial solutions).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and social media strategy.
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of motor management solutions or LV power products.
• Experience in both technical and marketing domains.
