Manager Advanced Technical Support-PP

What will you do:


* Provide advanced technical support for product installations, troubleshooting, and compatibility inquiries via phone, chat, and text


* Handle complex customer queries related to product applications, system integration, and quality concerns


* Collaborate with after-sales and marketing teams to manage product quality returns and enhance customer satisfaction


* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including complaint and knowledge management systems


* Support revenue generation through lead qualification and outbound campaign activities
