Manufacturing Repair & Maintenance - Supervisor

Join our dynamic Manufacturing team as a Repair & Maintenance Team Leader and drive excellence in equipment performance and reliability!

What will you do:


* Lead and coordinate comprehensive maintenance strategies including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment


* Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize safety, quality, and equipment availability while managing maintenance budgets


* Guide and mentor maintenance teams while planning work orders and scheduling activities to minimize production disruptions


* Participate in equipment selection, installation, and evolution decisions to enhance manufacturing capabilities


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance

What will make you successful:


* Eucation: Industrial, mechanical, electric electronical, mechatronics enginering degree or related.


* Expereience: 3+ years Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing equipment maintenance, repair, and infrastructure management


* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems, control and automation, with hands-on troubleshooting abilities


* English advanced


* Leadership experience in maintenance operations with proven ability to develop and mentor teams


* Excellent project management skills with focus on safety and quality standards


* Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities for complex technical challenges
