Director HR, Global Operations Support Functions

Job Summary:

This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of global HR practices, and the ability to navigate complex international HR landscapes.

Provide strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and management of best practices in human resources in support of the Global Operations Support Functions: Global Supply Chain, Global Quality Assurance, Global Technology and Innovation Group, Global OPEX, Global Operations Finance and Global Operations Strategy Group, among other global organizations.

Provide guidance to management and staff on HR processes such as organizational development, employee relations, total rewards, and talent management.

Scope: Responsible for assisting with developing and executing the global HR strategy, driving HR initiatives, leading their respective HR teams and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Provides strategic leadership, collaborates with regional/local HR teams, and work closely with senior management to optimize HR practices globally.

Responsible for timely implementation of HR goals and programs as defined with business leaders.

Act as an internal consultant to the business leaders to help translate the overall company business strategy into workable solutions.

Responsible for overseen the Human Resources Function for the Global Operations - Global Functions HR Team.

Lead and orchestrate global initiatives for the HR Global Operations function.
