* BS Degree in a technical or science area from an accredited institution


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

* This position is subject to the Internal Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:


* 2 Years combined experience in engineering, finance, and or data analytics.


* Demonstrated ability to implement system changes for improved profit, productivity, safety, etc.


* Working knowledge of the investment casting business.


* Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.


* Excellent verbal & written communication skills, analytical skills


* Ability to analyze time studies to set labor standards, mechanical ability that would allow the search for new and better equipment in a manufacturing environment.


* Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to the manufacturing areas.


* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


* Coordinate between the sales, accounting and engineering disciplines to ensure all new and existing process costs and reporting functions integrate successfully.
