* Bachelor's degree from an accredited in marketing, business, or a related field


* 2 years of experience in the commercial transportation or automotive industry in a commercial or marketing capacity.


* Willingness to travel domestically as needed (typically 20-30%).


* Possess valid U.S.

Driver's License


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* 3 years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B marketing on Heavy Duty Transportation Market, strategic planning, and driving customer engagement within the industrial sector.


* Master's degree in business or related field.


* Active member of leading industry organizations such as the Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) and the National Private Truck Council (NPTC).


* Proficiency in marketing automation tools CRM systems like Sales Force.


* Analytical and organizational skills: Capable of interpreting data, making data-driven decisions, managing multiple projects, and optimizing marketing programs' ROI.


* Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to lead, prioritize, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.


* Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working independently and collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Engineer, and Supply Chain teams to develop integrated marketing programs.
