White Blossom Care Center is seeking a compassionate, experienced RN Supervisor to join our team.

We are a resident-centered skilled nursing facility committed to delivering high‑quality care and supporting our staff in a collaborative environment.
Position Summary

The RN Supervisor provides leadership to nursing staff and oversees daily clinical operations during assigned shifts.

This role ensures consistent, high‑quality resident care, maintains regulatory compliance, and promotes effective communication across all departments.
Key Responsibilities


* Supervise and support RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and other care staff


* Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care


* Serve as a clinical resource and provide direct care when necessary


* Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings


* Maintain accurate and compliant documentation


* Address resident and family concerns with professionalism


* Foster teamwork and a positive, resident‑focused environment

Requirements


* Active California RN license


* Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred


* Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills


* Excellent communication and organizational abilities


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


* Commitment to resident-centered care
