Vice President - Business Management

As a Business Management VP in the Fraud Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in protecting clients from fraud by driving client education, optimizing contact models, and collaborating across teams to limit fraud losses and deliver exceptional client experiences.
You will lead strategic initiatives, reimagine workflows, and provide solutions that reduce fraud and improve operational efficiency.
Job responsibilities
* Leverage data to review client outcomes and define appropriate KPIs.
* Design and optimize initiatives to support KPI delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use storytelling to gain buy-in.
* Lead project management for fraud-related initiatives.
* Prepare and present updates to leadership and stakeholders.
* Develop expertise in global banking fraud trends and curate client education materials.
* Drive proactive client engagement and education strategies.
* Rapidly identify and communicate emerging fraud trends through data analysis.
* Partner with operations to enhance fraud support efficiency and effectiveness.
* Advise on controls to balance risk and client experience.
* Lead, develop, and mentor team members.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Five or more years of relevant work experience.
* Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with urgency.
* Adaptable to new functional areas and concepts.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Proficiency with other Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Word).
* Proficiency with other Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Word, Excel).
* Articulate, confident, and able to influence senior executives.
* Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
* Experience with business process modeling concepts.
* High attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliverables.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
