Country Sales Lead Industrial Automation

* Demonstrate business and sales leadership and drive team of industrial automation business unit.


* Develop & Grow Channel Partner business for Automation, Drives and SCADA systems.


* Forecast correctly and manage top and bottom lines assigned to Business Unit


* Closely monitor the opportunity portfolio and develop a strong pipeline.


* Create program and initiatives to lead the country channel partners to enter key markets.

Who are we looking for? - This job might be for you if:


* Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.


* 8 to 10 Experience years of Experience


* Excellent understanding of the channel sales


* Excellent understanding on aspects of Industrial Automation PLC's & Drives etc.

with Channels Management Background (Distributors, System integrators and OEM)


* Capable of leveraging relationships with partners and key end users.


* Good teamwork capabilities
