Finance Intern (Querétaro)
What will you do?
As a Finance Intern at the QRO Campus, you'll be an important part of our Finance team, supporting key processes that help keep our operations running smoothly.
*Location: Carretera Estatal, Querétaro 100 El Colorado-Higuerillas 4200, 76295 Parque Industrial Aeropuerto Lote 56.

Your day-to-day work will give you hands-on experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will:
* Support month-end close activities, including preparing financial reports and reviewing variances.
* Assist with Sales, COGS, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure our financial data is accurate and reliable.
* Take the lead in CAPEX and OPEX validation, managing tracking, documentation, and follow-ups related to Fixed Asset creation.
* Help monitor internal controls and contribute to maintaining strong compliance practices across the site.
* Work closely with Operations and Manufacturing teams, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
* Help ensure data accuracy and support audits or internal reviews when needed.
* Bring forward ideas to improve processes and strengthen our financial governance.

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
* Solid communication skills and confidence when working with cross-functional teams.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Good Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, SQL) and an interest in working with data.
* A genuine interest in financial reporting, cost control, and internal controls.

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
