We are a skilled nursing facility looking for a Full-Time Activity Assistant to join our team! You'll help lead engaging and safe group activities.

Schedule: 9am - 5pm with Rotating weekends

What You'll Be Doing:


* Assist in planning and organizing the monthly activity calendar


* Lead fun and engaging group activities for residents!


* Document participation of residents


* Assessment of new residents


* Contribute creative new ideas to keep residents active, engaged, and uplifted


* Support a positive, inclusive environment through meaningful interaction

* Creative thinker who loves to brainstorm new activities!


* Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Requirements:


* Driver License

* Level 1 Fingerprint Card


* TB Test (Can be done at facility)
