Product Delivery Manager - Payments - Vice President

As a Product Delivery Manager in Embedded Finance and Solutions (EF&S), you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers.

As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

The incoming Vice-President will act as a catalyst, taking our service offering to the next level on this high visibility, multi-year journey.

The Vice-President, Product Delivery is accountable for driving several key outcomes across a broad portfolio.

Ultimately, these contributions will help us optimize and scale our business globally.

Job responsibilities



* Become an industry thought leader and help senior leaders shape the strategic vision for the product


* Work directly with our Clients and help them integrate with our industry leading solution


* Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap


* Monitor the performance of products and services, including overall profitability, by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)


* Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments


* Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination


* Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* Strong communication/presentation skills (i.e.

creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences


* Be a persuasive negotiator and thrive in a high intensity environment


* Operate with minimal guidance and oversight, capable of embracing ambiguity


* Ability to rapidly understand emerging technologies and business models / naturally see commercial opportunities
