Education Requirements


* Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering or related field

Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum of three (3) years of procurement experience in manufacturing environment.


* Hands on experience working with a business forecast, production planning or purchasing.


* Experience using High Yield negotiation methodologies.


* Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, JIT concepts and MRP is also required.


* Must be familiar with a wide variety of manufacturing processes.


* Strong leadership and communication skills.


* Strong computer skills including knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and Access.


* Demonstrated commitment to employee involvement, participative management, and continuous improvement.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
