What You'll Do


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)


* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care


* Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition


* Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Qualifications


* Active California CNA certification


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred


* Reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate


* Strong communication skills
