Rehab Aide

Rehab Aide (Non‑Licensed) - Full Time | $20-$25/hr + Benefits

Location: Sunnyvale Post Acute - Sunnyvale, CA

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking an energetic and dependable Full-Time Rehab Aide to support our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams.

Position Details


* Role: Rehab Aide (Non‑Licensed)


* Status: Full-Time (benefitted)


* Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience


* Department: Rehabilitation Services

Responsibilities


* Assist therapists with setting up treatment areas and preparing equipment


* Transport residents to and from therapy sessions safely and efficiently


* Support therapists with non-clinical tasks during treatment sessions


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy gym and equipment


* Manage inventory, supplies, and light clerical/administrative duties


* Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff

Qualifications


* High school diploma or GED required


* Prior rehab aide experience preferred, but not required


* Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed


* Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude
