What You'll Be Doing


* Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders


* Monitor patient conditions and respond proactively to changes


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes


* Provide compassionate guidance and support to residents and families

What We're Looking For


* Active and unrestricted RN license


* Passion for patient-centered care


* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills


* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is a plus, but not required
