Location: Napa, CA
Position: Part-Time
Starting Pay: $18/hr

Join our warm, resident-centered team at Napa Valley Care Center, where we take pride in providing exceptional post-acute and long-term care.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Admissions Assistant to support our admissions department and help create a positive experience for residents and families.
What You'll Do:


* Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors during the admissions process


* Support the Admissions Coordinator with paperwork, data entry, and documentation


* Gather and organize required admission materials


* Communicate professionally with hospital partners, staff, and families


* Help maintain a welcoming environment for incoming residents


* Assist with tours, phone inquiries, and general administrative needs

What We're Looking For:


* Strong communication and customer-service skills


* Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities


* Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment


* Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor


* Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing preferred but not required
