Ridgeway Post Acute is looking for dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our NOC shift team in an on call/PRN capacity..

What We're Looking For


* Active CA LVN license


* Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills


* Ability to work NOC shift independently and confidently


* Team-oriented mindset with a positive, calm presence


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, not required

What You'll Do


* Deliver safe, compassionate, and timely nursing care


* Pass medications accurately and maintain documentation


* Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team


* Communicate changes in resident condition


* Uphold high standards of infection control and resident safety
