As a Product Delivery Manager in Payment Processing Platforms, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.
You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.
Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.
With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
In this analytical role, you will drive product innovation and deliver high-quality solutions that resonate with clients to streamline payment processes, focusing on interchange and network fees.
Job responsibilities
* Supports comprehensive validation of payment brand implementations to ensure successful delivery.
* Provides analytics-driven insights to facilitate discovery and understanding of product impacts.
* Owns, maintains, and develops the product backlog for automation initiatives, streamlining implementation validation and insight generation.
* Builds frameworks to monitor post-installation KPIs and success metrics for effective performance tracking.
* Develops innovative proofs of concept, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance insight generation and support end-to-end payment brand implementations.
* Collaborates with technology, product, finance, and operations teams to enable smooth implementations and rapid issue identification in production.
* Delivers ad hoc insights to product teams, empowering data-driven product strategy, delivery, and implementation decisions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
* Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
* Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making in payment processes.
* Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
* Basic understanding in Python for data analysis and understanding of statistical methods.
* Proficiency in SQL and skills in managing large datasets.

* Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly complex organization
