Job responsibilities
* Lead discovery efforts and market research to identify customer needs and integrate emerging compute capabilities (e.g., hybrid cloud, edge computing, hardware acceleration) into program roadmaps.
* Own, maintain, and develop program backlogs that support the strategic roadmap and value proposition, with a focus on infrastructure features and enhancements.
* Track key program metrics such as cost, capacity, utilization, risk posture, reliability, and performance indicators.
* Guide successful program launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences, especially for mission-critical infrastructure services.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
