The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time.

Manager of Operations Engineering Analysis & Support Pay Range: $128,950 - $167,640

The Manager of Operations Engineering Analysis & Support leads a department responsible for driving reliability excellence across SPP’s operational functions.

This role provides engineering support, data analysis, procedural development, and compliance oversight in support of Reliability, Balancing, Tariff, Market, and other operational activities.

This is a key leadership position with direct impact on the quality and effectiveness of Reliability Coordination.

The Manager ensures consistent execution of best practices across Operations Engineering Analysis & Support and operational teams, while fostering strong collaboration across SPP, its membership, and industry partners.
