Schedule: Due to the nature of law enforcement work and operation, position may require occasional support outside of core working hours, as well as intermittent weekend support, mission dependent

Salary: $80,000-110,000/Annual

Job Summary:

The Supervisory Financial Analyst provides senior-level financial oversight and technical leadership for financial analysis and forensic accounting work performed across the program.

This role manages Financial Analysts and Senior Analysts, ensures consistency and accuracy of financial work products, and supports high-visibility investigative and litigation activities involving complex financial transactions and asset tracing.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


* Supervise Financial Analyst and Senior Analysts, including workload assignment, coaching, performance feedback, and quality review


* Oversee analysis of bank records, tax filings, ledgers, investment activity, cryptocurrency, and other financial transactions to identify patterns and evidence


* Review and validate financial reports, spreadsheets, charts, summaries, and evidentiary exhibits before submission to attorneys and government personnel


* Coordinate with attorneys, investigators, and federal stakeholders to support litigation strategy, discovery, and pre-seizure planning


* Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and confidentiality/security requirements are consistently met across financial work products


* Support the development of standardized financial methodologies, templates, and best practices


* Identify risk areas in financial documentation and recommend corrective actions


* Participate in high-level briefings and strategy sessions; communicate technical financial insights to non-financial audiences.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:


* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required; Master’s or CPA/CFE preferred


* Ten (10) years of financial analysis experience required, including supervisory experience and forensic/asset-forfeiture work preferred
