We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and deliver exceptional, patientâcentered care during the night shift.
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides highâquality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
As a frontline representative of the care team, the RN serves as an intermediary between patients, families, providers, and colleagues.
This role supports performance improvement initiatives, maintains professional competence, ensures a safe environment, upholds confidentiality, and participates in Shared Governance activities.
Core Responsibilities
1.
Patient Care & Care Coordination
* Monitors, observes, and evaluates patient conditions.
* Contributes to the care plan and takes appropriate actions to support positive outcomes.
* Delivers care according to clinical policies, procedures, and standards.
* Collaborates and communicates patient care plans with the healthcare team.
* Prioritizes patient flow and ensures an optimal patient experience.
* Accurately documents assessments, care provided, condition changes, education, and exceptions.

Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction
* Actively listens and responds to patient and family concerns.
* Serves as a resource for patient and family education.
* Communicates important patient information to families, providers, and staff while honoring confidentiality guidelines.
* Supports a patientâ and familyâcentered approach to care to ensure high satisfaction among patients, families, and clinicians.

Performance Improvement
* Identifies opportunities to enhance workflows and care processes.
* Supports and participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
* Contributes to efforts to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational performance.
