A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling


* Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities


* Assist with guest departures, transportation arrangements, and luggage storage


* Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance area


* Follow safety and security procedures at all times

What we need from you


* Previous experience in a similar position 


* Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage.


* Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to 


* The flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts
