Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor quality of product while loading tubes onto conveyor belt for production.

Maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, ready or put away tools as assigned.

Closely follows directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and production line.

Routine quality checks on finished products.

Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.

Follow safety regulations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Will be needed in other orders to assist with finished product.

Education and Experience:

Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge and Skills:

Basic verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.

Training program in place for position

Job Requirements:

Some overtime required (depending on workload)

Able to lift 30-50 pounds

Ability to stand while working shift

Works well with team

Willing to learn new skills to become successful in your position

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $17.55 - $26.30.

Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $22.77 to $22.77.

Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.

If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role.

The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases.

The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
