Your Clinical Impact

Working under the guidance of our Occupational Therapists, you will help our residents reclaim their independence:



* Therapeutic Excellence: Implement treatment plans as directed by the OT and physician, focusing on functional ADL recovery.


* Clinical Accuracy: Maintain detailed daily treatment notes and weekly progress reports in full compliance with OT Board and payer requirements.


* Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and the interdisciplinary team regarding resident progress and discharge goals.


* Education & Support: Train Restorative Aides, instruct nursing staff, and provide vital caregiver training to families to ensure a safe transition home.


* Safe Environment: Help maintain a clean and organized treatment area and report any equipment issues to ensure a high-functioning gym.


* Resident Advocacy: Build positive, professional relationships with residents and families, acting as a key partner in their recovery journey.
