As a NOC shift CNA, you are the watchful guardian of our residents' comfort and safety during the overnight hours.

Your Clinical Impact



* Direct Care Excellence: Provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and supervisory direction.


* Observation & Reporting: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the clinical team, promptly reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.


* Accurate Documentation: Maintain descriptive and accurate records on flow sheets, charts, and notes to ensure continuity of care.


* Resident Advocacy: Safely identify residents before treatments or meals and immediately report any accidents or incidents.


* Hospitality & Comfort: Prepare rooms for new admissions, greet and escort residents, and assist with personal inventory during transfers or discharges to ensure a seamless experience.


* Professional Integrity: Safeguard confidential health information (PHI) and perform nursing procedures only within your scope of training and authorization.
