Global Sales Client Account Manager - Associate

As a Global Sales Client Account Manager Associate on the CIS team, you will coordinate across Sales, Markets, and other business lines to execute strategic client events and engagement.
You will manage briefing materials and data analysis for senior executives, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless coordination and confidentiality.
This role offers opportunities to work closely with senior management and contribute to impactful client initiatives.
Job responsibilities
* Organize and drive client events and engagements to maximize client relationships and experience, partnering with Sales, ICAM, BM, and the broader CIS team.
* Develop executive briefing materials tailored to stakeholder requirements for client meetings and events, identifying key discussion points and topical trends.
* Monitor meetings, events, and conferences across senior management (e.g., CEOs, Sales & Trading Heads) to identify further client engagement opportunities.
* Provide detailed data analysis for senior management across all clients (AFR, ROE & Coalition) and proactively track revenue targets to identify areas of opportunity.
* Produce publications on sector analytics, news, research, and thematics for town halls, management offsites, and senior executive distribution.
* Liaise with executive offices across Sales, Trading, Research, and Operations to ensure coordination and efficiencies across the client agenda and daily operations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Bachelor's degree.
* Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
* Maintain a balanced and neutral view across the organization, ensuring fair and unbiased coordination.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability to changing priorities.
* Highly analytical with proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and visual analytics platforms.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage expectations of a senior audience in a high-stakes environment with critical attention to detail.
* Desire to learn and be proactive.
* Team player prepared to collaborate globally (New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong, Singapore).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Prior experience in Markets or financial services industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
