Job responsibilities


* Conduct phone interviews with potential and existing auto customers; investigate and ensure due diligence


* Interact with dealers, external customers and internal departments within Chase


* Conduct employment and insurance verification


* Investigate and verify pertinent loan information


* Perform application rekeys to identify and correct application submission errors


* Meet or exceed quality control audits


* Participate in the document retention process

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Strong communication skills


* Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines


* Customer service and/or retail sales experience


* Attention to detail


* Ability to multitask and adapt within a changing environment


* Interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Auto Finance experience


* Experience within a call center environment preferred
