Senior Operations Analyst
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external communication and change processes, act as the primary point of contact.
- Work with functional area directors/managers and subject matter experts to define specific change requirements.
- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements.
- Increase effectiveness of project documentation such as reports and client communication.
- Obtain status updates and resolve questions from operational areas.
- Draft clear and comprehensive business process documentation to support operational activities.
- Analyze and provide recommendations for internal process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
This position requires you to be located within 100 miles of an existing Maximus CCO site.
Current Maximus CCO experience is highly preferred.
Maximus employees who have completed at least six months in their current position are eligible to apply for a posted position, and any exceptions to the six-month minimum are handled on a case-by-case basis by that specific project.
The six-month time in position rule can be waived for CCO employees under the following circumstances: employees who were in an acting role and have returned to their home base position, employees who are currently in an acting/limited-service role applying to the same role that is RFT, employees who were unable to return to a homebase position at the end of their acting role, or limited-service employees that are unable to secure a lateral or promotional position for continued employment at the end of their limited assignment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• Follow established best practices for identifying and reporting caller or CSR trends to leadership and the client
• Work closely with the client to understand upcoming policy or procedural changes which may impact the Program.
• Act as the spokesperson on multiple calls involving other internal teams, external partners, and the client.
• Contribute items to the client evaluation.
• Serves as a program policy expert and contributes to functional area requests, as needed
• Using available resources to research feedback and issues presented by the client, CSRs, or other parties.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.
Home office requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet service
