Summary of Position:

Provide daily electrical asset engineering suppor for the Baby Child Care MAUI Platform Team in the Beech Island Baby Child Care Department.  This role involves improving the Safety, Quality, OEE, and Cost for the platform.

In this role, you will:


* Carry out all job responsibilities in a safe manner.

Develop equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies, and guidelines.  Provide for the safety and well-being of operators, maintenance and other personnel.


* Support manufacturing asset performance to achieve Safety, Quality, OEE & Cost objectives.


* Identify and problem solve complex technical issues and provide necessary solutions to eliminate root cause.


* Develop knowledge and skills in leadership of the application of engineering principles, scientific analysis, problem solving and project management.


* Assist in the development of others within the area of expertise.
