Inpatient RN Cardiovascular Operating Room Scrub

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 6:30am-3:00pm.

You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.

You may be eligible for up to $15,000 sign on bonus.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

Qualifications



* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.

Required


* Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.

Work Experience



* Experience assisting in robotic-assisted cardiac and thoracic surgeries.

Required


* 1-2 years of experience in cardiovascular operating room or specialized cardiothoracic surgical environments.

Preferred


* Prior completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program with related experience or successful completion of Scrub RN competency (Internal Northern Illinois Program).

Licenses & Certifications



* Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois.

* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required


* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Required


* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.

Preferred


* Specialty certification in area of concentration.
