What you will do

The Senior Manager, Skin Health HCP Upstream is responsible for playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our marketing efforts within the Healthcare Professional (HCP) channel by leading market analysis, managing key partnerships, and driving strategic marketing initiatives.

You will oversee research, develop forecasts and recommendations, and support brand development to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies:

Key Responsibilities


* Lead strategic initiatives and develop comprehensive marketing plans to elevate healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and support portfolio growth and new product launches through innovative upstream and data-driven approaches.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, anticipate trends, and optimize multi-channel marketing efforts.


* Cultivate strong partnerships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, external agencies, and suppliers to co-create impactful educational content, product concepts, and market research initiatives.


* Drive the integration and effective implementation of cutting-edge digital tools, analytics, eBusiness strategies, promotional media, forecasting, and business plans to enhance HCP outreach, brand positioning, and business performance.


* Plan, execute, and monitor market research studies, analyze complex market access data and feasibility studies to support pricing, positioning, and global branding strategies.


* Mentor and develop emerging talent within the team to foster a culture of creativity, continuous improvement, and strategic decision-making.
