Central Billing Office Clerk - Resident Trust

American Senior Communities Central Billing Office is now hiring a Resident Trust Clerk

The Resident Trust Clerk is responsible for monthly reconciliation, login management, maintaining the FRMS manual, assisting with RFMS training and education, contract management, and other RFMS tracking and communication as needed.

Key Responsibilities


* Monthly resident trust reconciliations for all facilities including local bank.


* Tracking and follow-up with BOS and the Director of Field Accounting.


* Setting up new logins, disabling when needed.


* Maintaining RFMS manual and update as needed.


* Regular RFMS trainings and education to the field on new or updated processes.


* Liaison with National DataCare and field regarding overdrafts, reclamations and other software issues.


* Completing and tracking new RFMS contracts and update existing contracts.

Requirements


* High School diploma or equivalent.


* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.


* Must be highly detail oriented.


* Experience with RFMS -Resident Trust Software preferred.
