Job Responsibilities


* Support the strategy, execution, and ongoing operations of the Select Advisor program within J.P.

Morgan Wealth Management.


* Focus on data analysis, advisor enablement, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination to scale the Select channel and ensure a consistent advisor and client experience.


* Partner closely with Select Field Leadership, Strategy & Execution, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to turn priorities into action and track progress.


* Support execution of Select Advisor initiatives, pilots, and national programs.


* Coordinate deliverables and manage dependencies, handoffs, and timelines across Field Leadership, Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Operations partners.


* Analyze advisor and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the Select channel.


* Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor adoption, participation, and outcomes.


* Support ad hoc analysis for leadership discussions, planning sessions, and decision-making.


* Track advisor questions, feedback, and issues, coordinating follow-ups and maintaining advisor-ready resources such as guides, FAQs, and reference materials.


* Support tracking and management of Select Advisor cohorts, surfacing risks, gaps, and execution challenges early to help frame options and recommendations for leadership.


* Assist with preparation for leadership meetings, reviews, and key initiatives for Select, including pilots and national launches.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities


* 2+ years of experience in financial services, strategy, analytics, operations, or program support roles
