* Drive end-to-end product lifecycle for Fulfillment & Archive Services, establishing strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.


* Oversee product development from conception through deployment, ensuring seamless integration with technology infrastructure and operational reliability.


* Architect robust technology support frameworks and execute cutting-edge AI and LLM-based process engines across the operational landscape.


* Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, compliance officers, and external vendors to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.
