Assistant Night Manager Full-Time | Overnight Role

Our hotel never sleeps — and neither does great guest experience.

We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Night Manager to support the hotel's smooth overnight operations, lead the night team, and be the go-to person when it matters most.

If you’re calm under pressure, confident in making decisions, and enjoy working autonomously while still being part of a wider leadership team, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What you’ll be doing:


* No two nights are the same, but your core responsibilities will include:


* Supporting and supervising the Night Audit and Front Office overnight operations


* Acting as the senior manager on duty overnight, handling guest concerns and incidents with professionalism and care


* Ensuring accurate completion of night audit procedures, reports, and financial reconciliation


* Maintaining hotel security and safety standards throughout the night


* Communicating effectively with day teams to ensure smooth handovers


* Supporting team members, leading by example, and keeping morale strong during overnight shifts

What we’re looking for:


* Previous experience in Front Office or Night Audit


* Strong problem-solving skills and confidence working independently


* Excellent communication and guest service skills


* A natural sense of responsibility and leadership


* Ability to work overnight shifts on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays


* Working rights in Australia
