Role Summary
The Clinical Nurse (RN) is an essential member of an interdisciplinary care team responsible for providing individualized, high-quality patient care.
This role applies evidence-based nursing practice, strong clinical judgment, and critical thinking to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Working in partnership with nurse leaders and healthcare professionals, the RN promotes patient-centered care, effective communication, and a culture of safety and accountability.

Clinical Practice & Patient Care
* Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the full nursing process

* Partner with patients and families to support education and care planning

Team Collaboration
* Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications
Education
* Associate degree or diploma in Nursing required
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Licensure & Certifications
* Active RN license (single-state or compact)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
