EMS Contract Manufacturing Procurement Manager
Join our dynamic Procurement team and lead strategic sourcing initiatives that drive business excellence! We're seeking a talented EMS Contract Manufacturing Procurement Manager to optimize our global procurement operations and deliver exceptional value.
What will you do:
* Ensure team and individual development by driving performance, growth, and wellbeing.
* Lead the Category Pole, managing negotiations, supplier portfolio, and collaboration with Global Supplier Leaders.
* Support and develop team members through competence assessments, training plans, staffing, and succession planning.
* Consolidate and continuously improve category performance through the Annual Operational Plan; implement corrective actions when needed.
* Execute category strategy and monitor performance across quality, productivity, supply chain, and sustainability.
* Maintain iSAVE data accuracy and support Plant Procurement Managers with Analysis of Change (AOC) consistency.
* Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and strengthen Supplier Business Review processes, focusing on strategic and high-risk suppliers.
* Provide input and execute category strategy, including negotiation roadmaps, business reviews, and contract execution.
* Drive global transformation projects such as The Zero Carbon Project, Asia Sourcing, Quality Programs, Business Continuity Plans, "Power of Two," supplier changes, and Quality Value Engineering.
* Ensure compliance with procurement standards and optimize cash flow.
Key Performance Indicators
* Analysis of Change (AOC) and productivity operations (including ODVC).
* Mastery of negotiation levers and raw material performance.
* Change of Supplier (CoS) and Quality Value Engineering (QVE) pipeline creation aligned with category strategy.
* Multisourcing ratio improvement.
* Strong team animation process with a focus on productivity.
* Contract coverage.
* Sustainability metrics.
* Delivery and quality performance.
What will make you successful:
* Bachelor's degree (required) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Procurement, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
* Proven procurement expertise in complex and challenging environments.
* Knowledge of industrial operations; experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing is highly desirable.
* Ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Proficiency in digital tools and data analytics.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
* Solid financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and cost optimization.
* Innovative mindset with a track record of driving transformation and continuous improvement.
