Sr Remote Support Engineer

What will you do:

* Conduct in-depth diagnostic analysis and create detailed reports with actionable solutions for optimizing processes and asset performance


* Lead customer meetings to present technical recommendations and improvement strategies


* Monitor and respond to system events, alarms, and notifications while ensuring optimal equipment functionality
