Position Title: Deputy Manager - Manufacturing Production Engineer

Education: Diploma/ B.E.

/ B.Tech (Production)

Experience: 3-6 years

Work Location: Coimbatore

Key responsibilities and Deliverables:-


* Responsible for meeting the monthly target of LV panel manufacturing


* Responsible for ensuring right quality products at assembly line by implementing SOP's and standards


* Responsible for maintaining safe workplace and there by achieving zero accidents


* Responsible for controlling cost at assembly area


* Responsible for implementing lean methodology project related to manufacturing process


* Responsible for maintaining 5S at workplace


* Responsible for ensuring the schedule adherence by interacting with CFT


* Responsible for maintaining less lead time in manufacturing process.

Functional competencies:-


* Knowledge of LV panel boards


* Handling teams


* Knowledge on ERP- SAP


* Knowledge on manufacturing process, Lean, 5s


* Knowledge on soft skills - Excel, Power point

Behavioural Competencies:-


* Communication skills


* Crisis management


* Leadership
