Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.
Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).
Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Team Assistant to support our European IT Leadership Team.
You will coordinate daily operations for a multicultural team and manage purchase orders (POs) for external consultants and vendors.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates effectively across borders, and enjoys bringing structure and positive energy to a busy organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster engagement among Barcelona-based employees of our own and other Digital teams.
Suggest and organize local team activities
* Schedule executive appointments and meetings, support IT leaders with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Help team to maintain transparency, keep vacation calendar up-to-date
* Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items
* Manage PO creation, tracking, and receipts particular for external consultants.
This activity may take 50% of the time, and will be done in close cooperation and guidance of our People & staffing Lead
* Assist in project coordination, reporting, and preparation of presentations or documents
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* 3-5 years' experience as an Executive or Team Assistant
* Experience with procurement/PO tools (e.g., SAP, Coupa)
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
