Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1.

Product Strategy Development:


* Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Immunology product.


* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

2.

Product Lifecycle Management:


* Oversee product development stages, ensuring alignment with market requirements and regulatory standards.

3.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


* Work with sales team, medical, market access and C&PA to create effective go-to-market strategies and promotional materials.

4.

Stakeholder Engagement:


* Conduct product training sessions to educate internal teams and customers


* Engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to gather insights and feedback on product performance and enhancements.

5.

Financial Analysis and Performance Tracking:


* Monitor and report on product performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and market share.


* Prepare business cases and forecasts to support product investment decisions.

6.

Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:


* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies throughout the product lifecycle.


* Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to manage submissions and approvals for new products.

Qualifications:


* Master or bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or a related field.


* 3-5 years of experience in product management or relevant roles in the pharmaceutical industry, specialty experienced is prefer.

Experience in launching new brands to market is a plus


* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.


* Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.


* Proficiency in product management software and tools is an advantage.
