* Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for sales to Specialty Physicians, under direct supervision.


* Contributes to basis components of projects, programs, or processes for sales to Specialty Physicians.


* Performs simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization's strategy for sales to Specialty Physicians.


* Documents customer account information and sets up reporting to monitor sales pipeline.


* Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
