F&B Service Agent

Job Summary: 

As a F&B Service Agent at Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining and beverage experiences to our guests.

Your responsibilities include serving guests with professionalism, creating innovative beverages, and ensuring smooth operations within the Food & Beverage department. 

Food & Beverage Service 
1.

Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed. 
2.

Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver items promptly. 
3.

Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with dietary preferences or questions. 
4.

Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service. 
5.

Refill water, clear plates, and attend to guest needs during service. 

Operational Support 
1.

Assist in the setup and breakdown of service areas. 
2.

Perform opening and closing duties as assigned. 
3.

Handle cash, process payments, and manage billing accurately. 

Guest Experience 
1.

Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive and solution-focused attitude. 
2.

Build rapport with guests to create personalized experiences and encourage repeat visits. 

Hygiene and Safety 
1.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards as per hotel and local health regulations. 
2.

Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly. 

Teamwork 
1.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. 
2.

Support other team members during busy periods or special events.
